HOW LONG WILL MY PRINT TAKE TO ARRIVE?

It depends on where you are ordering from and whether or not your print is framed, a canvas or unframed. Please check in the shipping details section when placing your order. Within Australia allow up to 7 business days for unframed prints. To the USA allow 10 – 14 business days, keeping in mind it is usually faster. Allow 2 – 3 days for English Football prints when being delivered within the UK as these are distributed from the UK. If ordering a product that ships from the UK please allow 10 - 14 business days.

Canvas reproductions delivered in the UK will take up to 14 days as each one is custom made upon ordering.

Canvas reproductions made and distributed within Australia please allow up to 4 weeks.

Canvas reproductions for Rest of the World please allow 4 - 6 weeks.

The shipping timeframes are a guide only and we offer no guarantees or refunds on postage should Australia Post or the local postal carrier delay the shipment.

JCAP Australia cannot be held responsible for delays caused by any postal carrier including Australia post and Express shipments. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, delivery times will be dependent on the postal network. No refunds will be provided on shipping, should your order arrive later than expected.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs vary depending on the item you order and where in the world the print is be shipped to. See shipping costs in the shopping cart. Please note that shipping does not include any import or customs taxes that “may” apply in the country of delivery.

HOW WILL MY PRINT BE PACKAGED?

Your lithographic print will be carefully rolled in tissue paper and sent, rolled in a tube. Your canvas reproduction or custom framed print will be bubble wrapped and arrive in a custom built cardboard box.
